All You Wanted to Know And More

What is your return policy?

We love our product, and we hope you do, too! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product,  you received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, all items in the party box must be unopened, unused, and in it's original packaging you received it in to be accepted. If any items are opened or damaged in the party box, the return will not be accepted. You cannot return individual items in the party box(es). It is sold as one unit so it must be returned the same.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards but we hope to in the future.

What about shipping?

We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous US. We usually ship within 2 business days from Southwest Michigan after you place your order. All orders placed on Sundays or on a holiday are processed the following business day.

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed. 

  • Standard / Ground shipping is through USPS or UPS and usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please note there may be 2-3-day delays in certain areas due to COVID. Please order early. 

  • USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days. However, this is only estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days. 

  • UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days.

The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.

As a thank you to our customers, we offer a flat rate of $10 for ground shipping on every order. If you live within 25 miles of area code 49120, it's only $3 for local shipping. 

Can I reuse this item?

Most items in this box are intended for one time use, like plates, cups, silverware, and napkins. We do encourage everyone to recycle. 


The black magnetic box that all of our product comes in is a popular item to reuse, along with banners and koozies (Bach Box).
